We will also send you an in-depth questionnaire to fill in, and once you have reviewed and accepted our terms of business, our work will begin in earnest.
We do all the hard work, searching through dozens of estate agents’ books, scouring the local classifieds and free press, liasing with reliable, qualified agents in your chosen area to come up with a preliminary shortlist of properties for your first viewing trip based on your requirements and budget.
It makes sense to make sure you have someone with expertise and experience on your side, on location and not stuck in an office in a completely different country.
